I made these from the "Any Muffins Master Mix" I got from a sparkteam thread. I subsituted flaxseed for the oil (recipe called for "up to 1/4 c."), and used whole wheat flour and oats for the grain in the recipe.
Yummy Breakfast or Snack smoothie. Could also be good for energy before a workout.
After looking through several recipes I came up with this recipe for s'mores inspired granola bars. They are outstanding. I have had many people try them and everyone loves them! You could easily replace the chocolate chips with berries or customize in any other way.
