im not a breakfast person but because my morning was hectic I new I needed something I could take with me
raisins add the sweet and the other ingredients add the crunch I opted for the plain blanched version of the peanuts, cornnuts and sesame sticks, there was no added salts or flavors to this mix by my own choice
You can subsitute the raisins for cranrasins instead or flavored/salted nuts and sticks but the nutrional value will change
again in my recipe i used plain blanched peanuts, sunmaid golden raisins

This is basically something you can put on whatever you want. Chips. Tortillas. Pitas.
A little "Elvis" reminescent. This is very banana heavy so you will get a huge influx of potassium which may be good before or after a workout. I just have a craving for bananas at times.
These say to make 1/4 cup size cookies, but i just used 1 inch balls.
