I created this recipe after discovering Arnolds sandwich thins on Spark people. I don't think you can find a more satisfying or lower calorie pizza-like snack than this creation. Of course you can add pepperoni or sausage if you desire but the calorie count would be much higher. If you are really watching those calories, this pizza will satisfy the need for a good pizza flavored snack.

I have made alterations to the original recipe that I liked. ie: addition of flax, using 1/2 applesauce instead of the original that called for baby food carrots only, using crasins and raisins and the addition of cardamon. ( the use of pastry flour keeps the cookie light tasting.)
This is a great post-workout drink! About 100 calories per serving. It looks intimidating, but even the kids love it!!
