This sandwich is DELICIOUS! This is my own, healthier, twist on something I had at my favorite restaurant. I like eating this with fresh fruit. This sandwich is very filling and loaded with protein. Enjoy!

A classic sandwich I grew up on with local Koegel Meats! You have to use Koegel's Olive Loaf to truly appreciate this sandwich!
This is just a general recipe. I myself like a little more Miracle Whip in my sandwich because I drain my tuna really well, so I like the extra MW to help moisten the sandwich. I also normally just us Table Spoon and eye ball the amount of MW I use. I can tell by the texture how much is enough. I also like a lot of onion in my sandwich so you may want to adjust the amount to your taste.
I had never used Tofu before and decided to mix it in with my hamburger to make sloppy joes tonight.
The Classic with a California twist. Avocado adds great phytonutrients & is a wonderful source of good fat. Hormel Real Bacon Bits bring all the flavor without all the fat.
I was looking for a chicken salad recipe wothout mayo. I like the onions and horseradish for some bite with tomato to sweeten it, but i'm sure you could modify it with fruit if you wanted.
