Adapted from dairyfreerecipes.wikia.com. I substituted part whole wheat flour, used lower sodium leavening, and increased sugar and oil 1 Tbs each to more closely match nutrition info on Bisquick package. This is supposed to make the equivalent of the 2lb retail package. You could add powdered milk to increase protein (many Bisquick substitute recipies include it).
