Jaggery is a raw, unrefined sugar full of minerals. It doesn't make your bloodsugar rise or make you want to binge on sugar. In India it's used for it's nutritional and medicinal qualities.
Took what I normally blend up for a breakfast shake and turned it into popsicles. This isn't too sweet, and it probably wouldn't 'pass' for dessert, but if you need a quick, healthy snack on the go, it would do (especially in the summer!)
