I have been looking for a long time for a protein bar, or at least something close, that didn't taste either flat or just plain-old bad. Tweaked this one to get around my tree-nut allergies, and finally have the recipe I'd been seeking. These are yummy, and my teenage daughter even likes them!
I was really missing my wraps, but found a GREAT product! Coconut wraps!!! Made of coconut meat, coconut water and Himilayan salt. They are raw, gluten and dairy free. And, OH! Did I mention how YUMMY they are? They come in original flavour and curry flavour.
Raise your hand if you've ever wanted to eat a peanut butter cup for breakfast. Well, now you can (sort of!). It only takes one of these rich chocolate muffins to satiate your sweet tooth!

Personal note: Using organic virgin Coconut oil in place of butter, really helps curb appetite in my own experience of eating these "cookies", amazing Coconut oil who knew?
This smoothie tastes like banana but yet draws elements of each ingredient into it.
