This is a large pot of Broccoli Cheddar soup...it easily feeds a family of 4 and is kid approved.
Part of the Eating Clean diet - this soup helps to shed excess water, bloating. Can be eaten every day but cannot add spices, salts or condiments to it.
Believe it or not, this very low fat soup tastes like a beefy, creamy delite. My husband, who is diabetic, loves it!
I love cream of mushroom soup, but not the fat and salt that goes with the canned variety. I made up my own and my husband loves it! You can add meat if you want, but it's not necessary.
