**NOTE: These may also be made into muffins, just preheat the oven to 400'F, line the tins with liners and bake for 16-18 minutes for 12 standard size muffins, or bake for 10-12 minutes for 24-30 mini muffins
This cake is soooo delicious I found myself eating some for breakfast. The recipe is from Simply Recipes but I modified it could be "CLEANER." I do have some white sugar in there but you can opt not to have it and substitute by doubling up the brown sugar or using maple syrup, sucanat, or honey its up to you. Next time I will add flaxseed to the recipe.
My family traditon for the holidays is to make noodles from scratch , they take some time to roll out , cut and dry overnight before cooking and my reciepe is with fat milk and you have to let the dough rest for ten minutes before rolling out .
Nice sode dish for holidays or to offset saurkraut or use as rollup sandwich dressing
This is my favorite dressing EVER, so far (I say that every year ;) I think the bread was the key this time, because it was dense enough to maintain it's shape and not go all mushy like Grandma's did when made with white bread. It got good reviews from family ;)
