1 pkg. Jennie-O turkey sausage
1 tsp canola oil
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 cup chopped celery
1 tbs fresh sage, chopped fine
1/4 tsp black pepper
10 slices Flaxseed Whole Wheat Bread
.5 cup egg beaters
1 can fat free low sodium chicken broth
Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
Fat Free Sour Cream
Fat Free Milk
French Fried Onions
Cut Green Beans
1 can kernal corn (liquid too) (no salt added)
1 can cream corn
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup splenda
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup promise fat fee margarine
8-10 ounces corn muffin mix
Hearty and delicious, but light. Perfect start to a wintry meal, or great for a light lunch. Roasting the vegetables helps bring out their natural sweetness.
Apple, cranberry and currant pie, perfect for Thanksgiving and holiday times. Not at all healthy, but delicious!
This dish is a favorite at Thanksgiving or Christmas, but is NOT low in calories. You can lower the fat and calories by using low fat soup and low fat cheese.
