A great dish the kids will even like, we always called it bugs since the beans looked like bugs! Very simple but very healthy. This is a dish I grew up eating and we always loved it. Black beans & rice with salsa to top. Great with addins as well. A great Vegetarian dish!

This is great to make the night before and pop it in the oven in the morning for a wonderful and warm breakfast with hot cup of coffee!
