Soft chocolate chip cookies
Not remotely "diet" food, but a great recipe for chewy, soft American-style cookies - but with British weights and measurements!
I usually freeze half the dough when I make these, so I have enough for guests and for snacks in the week but not so many that I go cookie crazy...
