Do this with persimmons for a nice change. Just soft, ripe persimmons and lemon juice. No sugar needed.
I loved this , but not for a spread. I did not have regular cider on hand so I used no sugar added packed of instant cider. I was not sure it would work, but It still thickened because of the apple. Used with my yogurt to create a parfait .
