Loved it i did have to substitute spinach for Kale because i didn't have any spinach. I substituted 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk in place of water which added 30 calories to the drink well worth it. Thank you : )
This was delish! I only had frozen banana so I didn't use ice and I only had 100 cal plain almond packs-so my protein was a bit less but it tasted great! Thanks!
pretty good. I'll definitely make again. I used TJ's Just Almond Meal, 2 T, instead of the almonds -- that is just a tiny bit less in calories than in the almonds in this recipe. I also added ground flax seed (c. 1.5T) & Oat Bran (c. T). really great nutrients!
