Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I notice that the calorie count doesn't include bacon, but tuna. Do you put bacon AND tuna, or one or the other?

Do you Mix together, layer? And you don't use a dressing, or blend one of the fruits and nuts for a dressing? Like pineapple and cashews? Do the nuts get soggy?
