Got this from Whole Foods coffee and juice bar. I had a free sample and I was hooked. Theirs has kale, but I can't always find it, so went with just spinach.
This is a cleaned up version of the old stand-by hash. This get you started with some veggies first thing in the morning. You can top it with an egg or two, or fold it inside an egg white omelette. This is something my husband and I split on Sunday morning. I have an egg on top, he has two or three. Depending how hungry he is.
This is great for a little something mid morning, or as breakfast. Mix at night and in the morning, it's ready.
