Light sour cream can be substituted for whole fat or fat free. Fat free might curdle when mixed with the berries. Calorie count will vary.
Brown sugar can be substituted for 1/2 tsp splenda brown sugar for 10 less calories, and 2 less grams of sugar and offers similar, but not completely the same results.
