This is a yummy side dish with a few more calories (and a lot more taste) than plain old green beans.
Can easily add any other vegetebles. I prefer whole wheat couscous, the nutrition facts are for plain couscous.
Julia's recipe has dry mustard, but since my husband doesn't like mustard, I have omitted it here. Very easy to make!
I eat this soup with either salad, a chicken salad or other type of sandwich on pita. Very low fat and very filling. Can be eating for lunch or dinner or just as an afternoon snack.

I love cooked mushrooms and onions! Had some sweet bell peppers and celery to add to the mix as well.

Once you've tried this, you'll never go back to Pace! It's lower in calories and sodium too. You can adjust the heat by adding all the seeds from the jalepeno peppers, or just from 1 - I usually use 1 1/2. Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your own taste.

This is a really great recipe I got from one of my favorite food blogs, Carrots 'N' Cake. It gives the broccoli a little sweet taste and the broiling makes it nice and crunchy!
