After looking through several recipes I came up with this recipe for s'mores inspired granola bars. They are outstanding. I have had many people try them and everyone loves them! You could easily replace the chocolate chips with berries or customize in any other way.
Warm. A little spicy and tangy. I use homegrown sissoo spinach (which must be cooked) and canned artichokes in water. Since I rarely have cream cheese or parm, I use white organic cheddar. My family is always happy.

This the delicious recipe from Jason's Deli for their fruit dip. They use Grand Marnier but I substituted Orange Extract. I also substituted reduced calorie sour cream for regular. It is delicious.

I was looking for a less dense version of banana bread and found a recipe from Baking Illustrated that claimed to be lighter than average. I modified it to suit my taste (adding blueberries and cinnamon).
It's delicious! Lighter and softer than my old recipe, but still sweet and moist.
