However, I didn't like the miso sauce much and actually prefered the chicken all on it's own.
This was excellent way to introduce brown rice in my family, has texture and taste and visually appealing with colors from fresh veges
I love curry and I love fish. So I decided to merge the two passions together and came up with this dish.
