My own combination of Oatmeal with raisins mixed with Brown Sugar and Cinnamon
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce,
4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz,
3 tsp Yellow Mustard,
13 oz (or 1 lb) Ground Beef 93% Lean,
1 tbsp, packed Brown Sugar,
1/2 small Onions, raw,
1/4 cup, choppedPeppers, sweet, red, fresh, .
1-16 oz can Beans, Bush's Baked Beans,
Ground Beef 90/10
3/4 cup Sweet Onion
1/2 Cup Green (or Red) Pepper
2 Cups of Prego Sauce (Traditional)
Barilla Whole Wheat Spaghetti Noodles
