This is my variation on a recipe in Kevin Mills' cookbook "Faster! I'm Starving!" It only takes about 20 minutes total to prepare and it's super yummy. The cauliflower is tender, but still firm -- not mushy like it gets when you boil or steam it. If you want to change the spice mix, just be sure you use other warm spices.
This easy to prepare dinner can be assembled the night before to save time at dinner or allow someone to just put in the oven for you.
Alterations can be made.
Examples: Chicken breasts instead of Pork chops. Any flavor of stuffing. Low sodium stuffing can be used. And you can substitute cream of chicken or celery for the cream of mushroom.

My vegetarian ( or vegan) version of Jambalaya. I'm easy on the heat but you can add more cayenne pepper and some Tabasco to taste. If you want the recipe more soup-like, you will probably want to add more water.
