By far the best crepe recipe! Can be used with any filling!
This is Julia Child's basic crepe recipe except with a few switches to improve the nutrition a little.
This is adapted from Jillian Michaels' Making The Cut book. She recommends sprouted grain bread, but I couldn't find any. She also uses 3 tsp (1 tbsp) Spelnda but I found that too sweet.
I made this when I needed a snack but didn't know what I wanted. Turned out I made a yummy soup that I'll eat all week.
(Note: For the red wine, I used a Merlot & Cabernet Sauvignon Combined)
This is supposed to have aioli added ,I just used lemon juice and egg yolk to thicken this a little. Leaving out the olive oil 1 cup, saves almost 300 cal./serving

No oil! Just yogurt and mustard! Add more or less mustard and herbs to your tastes, or a tiny bit of oil if you need!
