Chicken with roasted red pepper, sundried tomatos and artichoke over angel hair pasta.
Created to use what was in my fridge and pantry. Using a low calorie, high fiber pasta, and adding lots of vegetables makes this a very reasonable indulgence.
Use Lavash flatbread as the crust for this tasty low-calorie pizza. Crust turns out crunchy and very satisfying. Could be cut into smaller rectangles and used as an appetizer.

Recipe, as is, produces a vegetarian, or meatless, entree. However, you can add ground beef, turkey, or sausage if desired.

I pureed steamed zuchinni and "hid" it in this recipe. Hubby and the kids love this recipe and they have no clue that zuchinni is in there. You can also add puree carrots ( I would cut the sugar to 2 tbsp if you decide to add carrots)
cut up the tomato and cucumber into small pieces. add cheese and seasoning and the dressing! simple as that
