Took a regular recipe and modified it to reduce the fat and sugar content as well as overall calories.
whole wheat flour, organic cane sugar, nut free chocolate chunks, eggs, brown sugar, butter vanilla extract,cream, baking soda and salt.
I tweaked a basic banana bread recipe to make it less fat and sugar than the original and added berries to it. Feel free to omit the butter all together and just add more pumpkin. You can add whatever berries you have on hand or omit them if they're not your thing. I have made this recipe with and without berries and it comes out great either way.
