This recipe is made in an electric skillet with deep sides. I have not yet tryed oven or stove top methods. It often overflows during the cooking process so you will want to have something such as a large poly cutting board or aluminum foil undernieth the pan to catch any drips.

Dairy-free moussaka adapted from The Book of Jewish Food by Claudia Rodan. The main change is to use lean ground turkey in place of ground lamb. Unlike the greek style moussaka, this recipe does not call for a Bechamel sauce.
