Either put through the juicer, or add some ice for a smoothie!! The juice will be less calories (?) as all the fiber is removed.
I eat this in lieu of chocolate pudding and sometimes use it in smoothes. For a smoothie I blend a large handful of Kale in a couple ounces of almond milk and then add some blueberries, a spear of pineapple, and some of this chia pudding. Good stuff!
Run bran flakes through a food processor till they are ground into a course consistency
Measure ground bran flakes
Add the apple cider vinegar to your almond milk and stir it should have a somewhat watery yet chunky consistency
Pour milk mixture into bran flakes and let sit 10 min
Once set mix all other wet ingredients into your bran mixture
Combine all dry ingredients ( make sure to combine dry ingredients by mixing with a fork before adding them to wet ingredients)
Then add dry ingredients to you wet
Mix well and scoop into greased mini muffin tin
Bake for 10 min at 350 or until toothpick comes out clean
