This is a modification of Skinny Tuna Cakes found on skinnymom.com. I liked the idea, but wanted to make it them a little more "Primal" for my lifestyle. I adjusted amounts so that there are enough to feed a family of 4 for dinner. Eventhough I did that, I honestly didn't expect my 4 and 6 year-old children to eat them...but they DID! You KNOW it's a dinner winner if the kids eat it! :)
