This recipe is great on its own or cut the breasts into strips for other uses. I usually make a large batch and freeze the strips. The chicken is great in any recipe calling for cooked chicken. Chicken fahitas, pasta sauces or salads are my family's favourites.
I also freeze the marinated chicken in the ziploc bag. I buy in volume when on sale even if I don't have the time to cook it right away.
