Beat Butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg, blend in milk. Mix together four, salt and baking powder. Add to egg mixture until blended. Mix in berries. Place heaping tablespoons into muffin tins whcih has been greased and floured. Add topping. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
