Got this recipe from my sister-in-laws friend while we were playing cards one night. This recipe makes A LOT of snacks! It is not really a "diet" snack, but it sure is good!
The berry trifle seen in Better Homes and Gardens, only I modified it to make it MUCH lower in fat (5 grams as opposed to 20) and calories (247 vs. 425).

We used the pretzels to make a grilled cheese. After baking the pretzels, I sliced them like a bagel and added low-fat cheese and grilled....yum!
