This is the closest I can guess to the recipe my grandma used to make with her old fashioned food mill. I need to know the calories.

I used Raspberries shown here, however the combinations are endless, just make sure your yogurt and jello flavors compliment your fruit. Make sure to use SUGAR FREE JELLO, it works best.
My Partner and I are dieting and I adapted this from another recipe, i just took out the egg yolks and oil and substituted another banana.
•1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
•1/2 cup cornmeal
•1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
•1 tsp ground cumin
•1 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
•5 3 oz skinless, boneless chicken breasts
•1 tsp red powder (or to taste)
Change from ordinary cole slaw. The hot dressing poured over this salad slightly wilts the greens without cooking them. Chilling the salad lets the flavors develop. Serve as a side dish, or use instead of lettuce to top vegetarian barbecue. Other greens to try in this recipe: Swiss chard, beet greens, or flat-leafed kale.
These cookies with avocados, whole grains, cinnamon and raisins make for a delicious on the go breakfast.
