Great Vegan Burgers! Simple and Quick - less salt, but same great taste as store bought!
These muffins are a delightful treat if you like something healthy and it makes loads of muffins.
Not super sweet.. just a litte enhancement to the flavor. Walnuts are a quality superfood, here is a tasty way to add them to your diet
a vegan muffin. to make them approx 100 cals each use 1/4 cup per muffin and make 12.. using a 1/2 cup cookie scoop this makes approx 7 muffins *regular size* at about 200 cals per muffin.
Quick cooking steel cut oatmeal with nutrition bumps from flax and chia with a pumpkin spice kick.
Place all ingredients into your food processor and mix until all the chickpeas are smooth. You may need a bit of water if the mix is too thick. Roll into 1 inch balls and bake in the oven at 350 until slightly brown. Great over fresh greens and cashew cream dressing. (shown, are unbaked)
