I got this recipe from my mom it was from a South Beach Diet cookbook. These are super easy to make and taste yummy and you can use what ever fresh veggies are in season. They freeze really well too and I make some extras and put them in ziploc bags and freeze. When I am in the mood for some I just pop them in the microwave for a minute or so.
