Prepare overnight and you can have for breakfast the next day. This recipe can be gluten free by choosing gluten free oats which is what I chose. I also chose organic, cage free brown eggs, organic milk (no hormones or antibiotics) and I was able to use berries from my backyard.

This healthy take on a french toast casserole is amazing. Just get it ready the night before and pop it in the oven the next morning. We always make it for breakfast on Christmas morning.
