However, I didn't like the miso sauce much and actually prefered the chicken all on it's own.
This was excellent way to introduce brown rice in my family, has texture and taste and visually appealing with colors from fresh veges
Mayonnaise has a lot of fat and I recently saw a recipe for vegetables that had mustard and olive oil in it. I took that idea and used it on tuna! This tuna salad is refreshing and a great to use in a sandwich with whole wheat bread.
If you like a zip to your chili, this is a great recipe to try. I love to make it for football games or just on a cold day! My husband likes to add noodles to his, but this increases the calories and I like it better without.

This Rib Rub is great for baby back ribs. I have modified Bobby Flay's basic recipe. This is good for a rack of ribs. Multiply as needed
1.5 gallons of water. Boil lobster bodies and shells to get half a pound of lobster yield and a gallon of liquid. ( I used 7 bodies). Cube Potatoes & dice onions, & cook 3 minutes in microwave. Add cubed fish and evap milk. Salt & pepper. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Yields 18 cups
