Hi, I love thiese dumplings as they can be served hot and cold or fried. I know it might sound as a hassle to prepare them but everyone loves them. I will give recipe with basics however I always add extra ingredients as
-1/2 glass of raisins (pour with hot water and leave for few min before adding)
- different seeds (sunflower seed, pumpkin, sesame etc)
Pie can be also used for dumplings with stuffing as
1. apple, cherries, strawberries, blueberries
or meat, vegies.. fruits..
etc. because cooking is about imagination :)
