This ricotta creme tastes just like a peanut butter cup. Just use whatever sweetener you have and add vanilla or use vanilla sugar-free syrup. Whatever you have on hand will work, just keep tasting until you get it right.
This makes a HUGE dish, so just eat half today and half tomorrow. :-)

I substituted the strawberries with raspberries but it still came out delicious. I personally think that more than a cup of strawberries could be used if you really like berries. I think it came out a little strawberry weak.
