This is an alteration to a great waffle recipe on SP, but with much less fat! Made with skim milk, they are light and fluffy on the inside.
Also great as a dessert topped with fresh sweet berries or peaches etc. and whipped cream.
I use all organic ingredients for the rich, lovely, velvety chocolate sauce. Free from all preservatives and chemicals and costs pennies and only a few minutes to make at home!
