I am not vegan, trust me, and when my vegan coworker brought these in I was skeptical. But man are they delicious! I edited the recipe a little (using applesauce instead of oil and almond milk instead of hazelnut) so feel free to amend. It is also easy to make gluten free! Diabetic recipe cuts down the calories by using Stevia and sugar free pudding. The peanut butter makes it more chewy than traditional fudge, a real hit!
not a low cal recipe...but a family favorite. If you manage to make substitutions to lower the cals without sacrificing the taste, I'd love to hear them.
The name may be correct - but the calorie count - is low. This is a bit "labor" intensive - however, it is well worth it. Tastes sinful and is a great craving killer.

Oddly enough, adding 30 minutes to rise, it still doesn't add up to 90 minutes.

Your going to love this recipe. I just threw it together using some sliced 40 calorie per slice bread that was not as fresh as my family or I desire for sandwiches. I wanted to make a healthy treat that was no t yogurt but did not have much more Calories or fat than yogurt and I pretty much did it!
This is a very easy dessert to use up those frozen berries in your freezer. So easy to make. A perfect end to a meal
Adapted from Cooking Light magazine, but with a healthier twist. These muffins still keep all the vitamins and minerals, but just have an overall healthier nutritional value. Enjoy!
