I couldn't get my husband to eat traditional meatloaf, so I played around with different things until I came up with this. I originally made it with ground chuck, but we are trying to be healthier so I switched it up, I cut down the sauce and used leaner meats. This recipe feeds my family of 7
This is a nutritious and hearty soup; it feeds a crowd, smells and tastes wonderful on a chilly day, makes great leftovers, and freezes well. The ingredients are easy to keep on hand, and it's pretty quick to throw together. It even tastes better the next day! Serve with crusty bread or cheddar biscuits. Very flavorful and spicy. Adjust spice quantities to taste!
I saw this recipe on recipezaar.com posted by Trisha W. I made a minor change to reduce the sugar.

This sweet and tangy pork chop gets marinaded while I'm at work and baked while I workout! Shown with Mashed Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts
I make this chili and toss it in my freezer for cold days when I'm feeling too lazy to cook dinner. Serve over brown rice or a baked potato. If you wanted to, you could probably brown the turkey the night before, toss the ingredients in a crock pot, in the morning stir and forget about it until you get home from work.
