Take a whole chicken cut it in half so you have 1 wing, 1 breast, 1 leg and 1 thigh piece on each half. **( Cut the back bone out and place in a pot with cold water to make broth.) ** Wash Chicken and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and place on the grill until done. The broth from the backbone can be used to make a gravy or anything else that uses chicken broth

This is a great recipe. Serve with tartar sauce, lemon wedges and extra Worcestershire sauce to sprinkle on top. YUM!
Delicious! Cheese can be omitted, but I like it cheesy. Serve alongside a simply dressed spinach salad and garlic breadsticks. Pistachio pudding topped with lowfat whipped cream makes a perfect desert.
Serve over brown rice. This is great served with corn muffins and greens. Cheesecake topped with fruit makes a terrific end to this meal.
