Ready to serve in 30 minutes. Be careful to watch the soup once the fish is added. If overcooked, the fish will become tough.

This is the original recipe, but I used reduced sodium and fat soup, skim milk, mixed frozen veggies and no bacon. Still tastes great! I also used frozen tilapia fillets.
Adapted from the "Fix It and Forget It Cookbook" for your slow cooker, but much better, I think. Perfect after a long day at work with some crusty bread and a side salad.
