I got a similar recipe from another SP member I just used slightly different ingredients to help lower the calories and increase the veggies.
This can be spicy, depending on the jalapeno that you have. I originally called it Spicy Curry Fish Soup, but mine wasn't so spicy, so I changed the name. I enjoyed mine with a 1 T dollop of light sour cream on top and 1 t chopped cilantro. At 100 calories per creamy, curry cup, you can't go wrong.
I prepare this fish for Mexican fish tacos and serve with salsa and pico de gallo on fresh corn tortillas. One serving will make 2-3 tacos. Nutritional info is only for the fish, though. Note: NOT as crispy as if you fry it, but once wrapped in a tortilla with salsa and pico de gallo, I didn't even notice a difference.

Quick and easy, so it's perfect for those nights you get home late from work! It sounds kind of strange, but it really is delicious! Try it with feta cheese instead of the mozzarella for a different spin.
Vegetables and shrimp make a great start for a get together, can be very filling but a great hit at our cookouts, and easy to make for last minute lunches.
