This soup is spicy, rich, and satisfying. You'd never believe it's almost entirely vegetables! It's vegetarian, gluten-free, high in fiber and protein, vitamin-rich, and very forgiving! Mix together ingredients:
1 box gluten free cake mix
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup kahlua
2 eggs
1 pint reduced fat sour cream
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
Then add:
1 12 oz. bag Guittard semi sweet chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees in greased bundt pan
Cook 40 minutes
