A great alternative to frozen chicken nuggets, it may take a little time to get the ingredients ready, but kids love working in the goujon factory. They taste yummy and are fun to eat. You can make two batches and freeze one batch of cooked goujons for another meal when you are short on time (see tips).
This twist on an old favourite can be served with spaghetti, placed in a pita or burger bun, or just picked up and eaten. Yummy! I bake them in the oven on a rack to keep the fat down and you could also use lower fat meat and cheese to really bring down the calories and fat.
Pasta, veggies, hamburger, and beans come together in a tasty skillet dish made and served in less than 30 minutes!
