1/2 c pumpkin pie filling, seasoned
1c water
1 1/2c large flake oatmeal
1c no sugar added soy milk
This makes 2 - 9 inch casseroles (or one 9 x 13). Eat one now. Freeze another for later. If freezing, freeze before baking and do not add the cornflakes before freezing. Do not thaw before baking, just add another 30 -40 minutes in baking time. 6 WW old points
This is not healthiest recipe but I have a very picky teenager who will not eat breakfast. I am currently trying to reproduce a healthier version and need the caloric break down.
