For the mom on the go... A box of whole grain mac and cheese, some turkey dogs and frozen veggies make a quick, one-pot, fun meal for the kids.
This almost one pot dish I made from stuff I had in my cabinets and freezer. I had no idea what was happening on the way in, but it sure was delicious. I was craving Turkey Tetrazzini and this hit the spot. Please note, these measurements are approximate as I was just throwing stuff into a pot to see what would happen.

Put some butter on the baked potato and mash it all up a bit. Eat some applesauce or as a side dish so that you get more filled up.

A wonderful way to enjoy a protein rich candy while avoiding corn syrup. You can use a variety of different shapes for molds (ice cube trays work) or use a baking pan and slice into squares.
