This is the French Toast I grew up eating, and though I was eating it as a meal on a free day, I was still interested in seeing how many calories it had. Not bad!
Delicious! The peanut powder can be substituted with cocoa powder and cinnamon. It's got a spongy texture, but a great treat .

ade-goldfish-crackers/. I had to double the water so they were moist enough to roll out. I use half whole wheat flour and half all purpose flour. I tried all whole wheat flour and there was a bitter taste, as a result.
A veggie packed grab and go quick snack or lunch. Makes 12 patties and can be put in the freezer until ready!
This recipe is amazing because you can do anything with it! As long as the wet to dry ingredient ratio stays the same, you can change the ingredients to suit your taste.
