A meal in itself. This extremely tasty smoothie is protein and vitamin supercharged!
This is a Jamie Oliver recipe, adapted by the wonderful website Serious Eats.
Though the recipe does not call for it., I brown the chicken in small batches and remove them from the Dutch oven before adding the vegetables, then I re-add all the chicken at the same time as the flour. But if you don't have time, the method in the recipe is wonderful.
These muffins have 2 whole cups of fruit in them, so they are nice and moist! Feel free to replace the raisins with cranberries or dried currants.

mix 1 small can olives, 1 can or corn, cooked broccoli, 1 package of ground turkey and 1 package rice pilaf . . . cook according to directions and mix.
Don't be fooled by the ingredients...these waffles are quite tasty and light and very easy to make. They do take a bit longer to bake than a normal waffle.
